- Why do I need to create an account and register?
There are many benefits of creating an account and registering with houseofanarchy.com.sg
To start with it helps us if we have your details in case, we need to contact you about your order. When you register, you're able to view your order history including where an order is as well as re-printing returns notes and invoices. Most of all you can save your addresses for quicker and easier ordering the next time.

When you subscribe to House of Anarchy Newsletter, we keep you informed on the upcoming discounts and also keep you updated with all the new products, sales and new deals.
- How can I subscribe to the Newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter from any of the website's pages by entering your email in the field on the bottom right and clicking ok. You will then receive emails from us right in your inbox.
- Is my personal information kept private?
Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
- How secure is my online shopping? Will my data be protected?
Your data is secure with us and we take all the essential steps required to ensure that all our customers are protected. We are committed to upholding a high standard of data security.
- Do you offer Gift certificates?
At present we don’t offer Gift certificates but definitely in the near future we will start to offer House of Anarchy Gift certificates.
- What are the various brands offered?

PAYMENT AND ORDERS FAQ
- Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major cards like Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments by Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- Can I amend my order?
You can add items to your order until you confirm payment details and complete your order. Once completed you cannot amend your order.
- Where's my order?
To check the status of your order Please refer to your order confirmation email for delivery estimates. If you have any queries, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- How long does it take to process my payment?
It generally takes 24 hours for the verification process. We process your order once the payment is verified. Please note that we never take the payment from your account until the item has been shipped. We only take the payments once the order has been shipped.
- Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 30 minutes of ordering time. We begin preparing your order at our earliest after it is placed. However, we'll do our very best to support your request. In case of cancellation please get in touch with us as soon as you can through our contact us page or email to us at email@example.com
- I am having problems accessing the checkout, what should I do?
If you're having problems accessing the checkout or any part of our website, then please get in contact with us immediately so we can fix this for you.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FAQ
- Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders in Singapore over $40.
- Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes! We offer shipping worldwide. Please note that International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
- Do you ship orders to multiple addresses?
No! Unfortunately, we cannot split your order into separate parcels and send to multiple addresses. Should you need your purchase to be sent to different addresses, you'll need to place the orders separately.
- How long does the delivery take?
Delivery may take 3 to 5 business days in Singapore. You will be notified, once the order has been processed. Please note that the delivery time may vary during holidays. We generally ship your order within 48 hours, except orders that are placed over the weekend or on bank holidays; these will be sent out on the next working day.
- Can I get my order delivered to a different address?
Yes! When ordering please specify an alternative address where you want your delivery. You need to mention the different delivery address in the Order Notes. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address of a confirmed order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS FAQ
- Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Yes! You can return the product within 30 days of the purchase of the product. The item must be in the original condition and in their original packaging. For more info, please check our return policy here.
- Can I return items purchased on sale?
No! You cannot return items purchased on sale.
- How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Also check other details of our refund policy here.
- I have received a damaged product? What should I do?
We are really sorry if you received a damaged product. Accidents are sometimes unavoidable. Don't worry. Simply Grab a picture of the damage product and send it to us together with a description of the problem along with your order details within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Do I have to pay any charges for returning a product?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
